    Emmalise Feliciano began her journey in 2020. Taking dual enrollment classes at Zephyrhills High School empowered her to continue her education at Pasco-Hernando State College. Now, as a full-time student, it has been her pleasure to attend. During her time at PHSC, she has had the honor of holding prestigious leadership positions, including serving as the college-wide Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society President and Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America. She has built meaningful relationships, grown alongside fellow leaders, learned the importance of completing scholarships to compete, and most importantly, she has actively served in her community. After graduating with her Associate of Arts degree this spring, she intends to further her education as an undergraduate to complete her Bachelor's in Business Management.

    June Hall, affectionately known as Dr. June, has been an educator and facilitator for over 20 years and is a nationally syndicated advice columnist. She founded Time to APT (Accentuate Positive Thinking), which facilitates programs to help others personally and professionally. As a speaker, she has been the keynote for Mental Health Association of Broward, CARE Foundation, Girl Scouts of America, colleges, churches, and more. As a media personality, Dr. June has been an expert panelist on syndicated and local TV talk shows such as Bloom, Black News Channel, and Daytime. She has received the EPIC (Exceptional People Impacting the Community) Award and started the APTacious Network for the personal/professional development of women and small business owners.     Hope Kennedy, President/CEO of the North Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, since 2012, is a Florida Certified Chamber Professional. Under her leadership, the organization went through two chamber acquisitions, a name and brand change, and a rigorous certification process. She was named one of Tampa Bay's most influential businesspeople by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2017. The North Tampa Bay Chamber was recognized as Chamber of the Year by the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals in 2019;  received the received the prestigious Business of Pride Ally recognition from the Tampa Bay Business Journal; and was a finalist for National Chamber of the Year for 2022 and 2023. Kennedy sits on the Executive Committee for BayCare Hospital-Wesley Chapel and the board of Workforce Pasco Hernando. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Belhaven University and is an MBA Candidate at the University of Florida.

    Board Member, PHSC District Board of Trustees

    Nicole Newlon, Esq., appointed by Gov. Desantis to the District Board of Trustees of Pasco-Hernando State College in July 2023, is a partner in the Tampa law firm of Johnson, Newlon & DeCort, P.A.  Newlon is a Dade City resident and graduate of Pasco high school. She was a dual enrollment student at PHSC in 1990-1991; followed by a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Florida, and her juris doctorate from Stetson University. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Federal Litigation Section of the Federal Bar Association and a former Dade City Commissioner.

    Marilyn Pearson-Adams

    Vice Chair, PHSC District Board of Trustees

    Marilyn Pearson-Adams (Brooksville) was elected to serve as chair, PHSC District Board of Trustees (DBOT), succeeding Alvaro Hernandez, for the 2020-2021 academic year.

    Pearson-Adams, is the president of Century 21 Alliance Realty, a director with the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, and previously served as a board member of the Pasco Hernando Workforce Board. She has served on several professional committees and organizations, and holds relevant real estate industry certifications. Pearson-Adams has served on the PHSC DBOT since 2014.

    Rebecca Schulkowski

    Board Member, PHSC District Board of Trustees

    Rebecca “Becky” Schulkowski, the first president of BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel, was appointed to the Pasco-Hernando State College District Board of Trustees by Gov. Ron DeSantis in March of 2021.

    Previously she served as Director of Operations and Director of Surgical Services at BayCare Health Systems, Director for Surgical Services at Riverside Health System in New Port News, Maryland and Director of Pharmacy at Cardinal Health in Baltimore, Maryland.

    Schulkowski earned a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University, Delaware, a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Tussing's journey in the business world began with her education at Shepherd University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing, and minored in Economics.
