PHSC offers a variety of art and cultural events throughout the academic year. The college strives to ensure diversity and inclusion by providing events to develop and promote experiential learning opportunities that foster meaningful connections with others through speakers, activities and exhibits.

The Office of Education Access and Engagement in conjunction with the Office of Student Life and Leadership, supports events and programs directly related to multicultural awareness among PHSC students and the community. Events include support and promotion of Hispanic Heritage Month, Peace Week, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration, Black History Month, Women's History Month, Native American History Month, and others.

A diverse variety of art exhibits are displayed throughout the year in the Rao Musunuru, M.D Art Gallery located on the West Campus. The gallery presents various art forms created by ceramicists, illustrators, painters, photographers, printmakers, sculptors, and more. All exhibits are free and open to the public.
