After a thorough applicant review process, PHSC's Presidential Search Committee, assisted by Executive Search Firm Myers McRae, has recommended that the District Board of Trustees (DBOT) consider four finalists for the PHSC presidency. Information about the finalists was released in a media announcement circulated to employees, students, and the public on August 14, 2023. The following events offer opportunities for the entire College community to learn more about the finalists for PHSC’s fifth president.
PHSC Presidential Search Town Hall Meeting
Moderated by Misty Price, Ph.D., Professor, Accounting; Faculty Senate President; QEP Director/Chair, QEP Development and Implementation Committee
Each finalist will be introduced to the audience separately in 30–40-minute sessions. Following a brief interview by Dr. Price, the in-person and online audience will have an opportunity to interact with the candidates in a Q&A.

Campus Receptions for Presidential Candidates
East, North, West, Porter, and Spring Hill Campus Conference Centers
September 7, 2023
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Campus receptions will be hosted for each candidate, providing an opportunity for employees, students, and the community to become better acquainted with the finalists. Visits at each location are expected to be held for approximately 45 minutes each.
