Join Volleyball Camp!

Kids ages 11-14 years are invited to join in on some volleyball fun! Campers will learn new skills, the fundamentals of the game, the importance of teamwork and how to build leadership skills.

  • The camp is intended for students in grades 6-9 and ages 11-14
  • Cost of camp is $150 per camper

I hereby request that my child/camper be admitted to PHSC Volleyball Camp and authorize the directors or PHSC Camp Staff to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for me or my minor child/ward’s immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.  Additionally,  I release from liability and hold harmless from any and all claims for loss of property, personal injury, or death sustained by my camper arising out of any camp activities conducted at PHSC and I will be required to sign a complete waiver of liability before my child can attend the first day of camp.
