Pasco-Hernando State College is governed by a nine-member District Board of Trustees (DBOT), who are appointed by the governor. The DBOT selected Timothy L. Beard, Ph.D., as the College's fourth president on July 1, 2015. Since the College's inception, PHSC's administrative leaders have developed resources, fostered community involvement and inspired academic excellence.
